0:00am - Meet inside the park (just to the right as you enter the main gate).

 0:30am - Enter warmup (on stage).
 0:50am - Performance on stage.
 0:60am - Exit stage.
 0:00am - Awards Ceremony.

Parents drive students to and from Sandy Lake (map on back). 

REHEARSALS WILL BE HELD DURING TUTORIALS WEDNESDAY, APR. 22 AND THURSDAY. APR. 23 (BE HERE GETTING READY AT 8:00AM.)

Directors will arrive at the park by _____am and remain at the park until the end of the awards ceremony.  Students may stay or leave after the performance.  If you wish to leave and return, be sure to obtain a pass from Mr. Black or Mrs. Parks so you don't have to pay.  PLEASE BE AT THE PARK BY _____ SO WE CAN BEGIN TO ORGANIZE.  You may come early or stay late to ride rides, etc...

Cars will be allowed to enter the park free prior to the performance if they have a Dan F. Long band member in the car.

Remember to bring your instrument and music (______________, ______________).  Please wear your band shirt----dress to ride rides and have fun.

If you need assistance with an instrument (like TUBAS!), let us know as soon as possible.

No Pass/No Play law applies.  All performing students must pass all classes on their THIRD NINE WEEKS report card*.  A grade of 60 or higher is considered passing in pre-AP classes, algebra, geometry, and interdisciplinary seminar.  The third nine weeks period ends April 3.
