Please follow the procedures below when paying for lessons:
 
  • Pay for lessons at the start of the month. All monies are to be directly to the private lesson instructor during the first week on the month.
     
  • Write separate checks for each month.

(for example, I am paying for one lesson on Sept. 29 and four lessons in October; I will write one check for the 9/29 lesson and a separate check for the October lessons.)
 

  • Checks should be made payable to your lesson teacher. (Note:  This is a change from the previous school year.) 
     
  • Number of lessons/Amount of check*:

1 lesson $16.00                     (Scholarship lesson amounts will
2 lessons $32.00                   be different...we can provide a
3 lessons $48.00                   correct payment chart.)
4 lessons $64.00
5 lessons $80.00

 
Note: One lesson is always considered 30 minutes (with regards to tabulating forms). A lesson may be 25 minutes long if (a) it is taught during class time and (b) the total class time is less than multiples of 30 minutes (e.g., class length is 30, 60 or 90 minutes).
 

  • Private Lesson Instructors should use the memo area on the right side of the Payment Form to note any discrepancies (i.e., payment for a different month, payment not collected, payments credited to next month due to missed lessons...).
