7th/8th grade Organization Times
7:15pm - Arrive, assemble instrument in band hall
7:30pm - Warmup (wind symphony & concert in band hall; symphonic in room 7.)
8:05pm - Move to cafetoria
8:15pm - Performance begins (concert should end around 8:45)
Following the performance, help return stands to stand carts
and percussion equipment to band hall.
Dress: Band shirts & jeans/shorts (dress code applies).
Eligibility: Every student is eligible since No Pass/No Play does NOT apply. This
is a major grade.
Volleyball girls: You will be able to play your volleyball game and make the concert. Eighth grade
volleyball games are at DFL. You should meet up with the band after your
game. You do not have to change clothes. If you have concerns about transportation or other questions,
please ask. |
